| Your information will generate a post card or letter from Flag Keepers to the owner/manager/occupant of the site drawing their attention to the unserviceable condition of their flag. We will ask that they remedy the situation. Additionally, it is our policy that no information about the reporter will be disclosed. |

The Flag Keepers act only as an advocate for the proper and respectful display of the American Flag at American business and government sites. We do not demand the removal of unsightly flags. We urge the removal and replacement out of respect. And, we need the assistance of those who respect The Flag. Long may it wave and God bless the United States of America.
Local and state Flag Keepers will accept reports of torn, excessively dirty or faded flags. After verifying the report, a designated Flag Keeper will notify in writing the management of the business or governmental facility displaying or flying the unserviceable flag. The notification letter will simply ask for the removal or replacement of the flag, as well as point out how to find information on the proper display of the American Flag. |
